Dodzi Agbenu was the man on target for the youth team
Youth team 1-0 up with 8 minutes to go at Stevenage
The youth team are drawing 0-0 at half time at Stevenage
Tonight's game with Chesterfield is the first of 2 meetings with the Spireites in the space of 5 weeks (they are our visitors on New Year's Day).
We have played at the Proact Stadium twice before, a 2-1 loss in Gary Johnson's first away game and a 3-0 defeat last season.
Plenty of selection decisions to mull over for Aidy Boothroyd. Will he make any changes to Saturday's team, or will he give those players a chance to put that performance right?
We will be covering two events live here from 6pm tonight. The first team's game at Chesterfield of course, but also the Northampton Borough Council Planning meeting, at the Guildhall at 6pm, where the Sixfields redevelopment plans will be discussed. Supporters who are not off to Chesterfield are encouraged to attend the Guildhall meeting.
Saturday's referee is Mr David Phillips. We last saw Mr Phillips for the 1-0 win over Plymouth in February.
Midweek action for the youth team tomorrow, they are away to Stevenage in the Football League Youth Alliance with a noon kick off.
Audy's news conference has now finished. Check our platforms later for all the reaction and video coverage.
Tomorrow's referee is Mr Darren Drysdale, who we have not had in charge of a game since April 2011.
We are rated as 5/1 shots to win on Tuesday at www.skybet.com/northampton. We all know our away form hasn't been great, but 5/1 is a big price in a two horse race for a team who beat the league leaders nine days ago.
If you are catching up on events over the weekend we have plenty for you on the web site, Cobblers Player and YouTube. Later today we will start building up to two important events on Tuesday night, the redevelopment planning application being discussed at the Guildhall and the game at Chesterfield.
Some good recent results for the Northampton Town Ladies team: They beat Thrapston Town Ladies 1-0 last Sunday (17th November) after extra time, and beat Rothwell Development Ladies 9-0 today. Their next game is at home against Burton Park Wanderers on Sunday 1st December.
A little plea on behalf of the club please. If you bet online, please register and deposit £5 via www.skybet.com/northampton. There is an incentive scheme that will see the club rewarded for each person who does so before the end of November. We are top of that League 2 table at the moment, so any one who can deposit £5 via that link will be doing us a huge favour. Thank you
A busy Tuesday ahead. The first team are at Chesterfield that evening while at the same time the Sixfields redevelopment is being discussed at Northampton Borough Council's planning meeting.
On the agenda for Monday is Audy Boothroyd's regular pre-match news conference, where he will preview Tuesday's game at Chesterfield
